I don’t use these types of products a lot, so I may not be the best judge, but this does bring temporary relief. It’s not overly greasy, and it does have a little of that sting and fore that some people look for.

Well, went on vacation, an had been putting pain patches, of various types, on my back an shoulder. Then my sister let me try this, an realized that , miracle rub, worked as good as the best patches out there, I had tried. Then I found a back scratcher, an put some, on it an I could reach the middle of my back, anytime by myself, bingo heaven on a stick. Great product buying more!

I wanted the product to work but had no effect on my muscle soreness. Just a very strong menthol smell and very little to no heat effect. Would not buy again. And I do not recommend.
