I have been using Bluebonnet Vitamin E's for over 30 years and my good cholesterol is almost as high as my bad.My doctor says whatever I am doing keep it up because the good is cancelling out the bad.I don't need to take those prescription drugs as long as I keep my good cholesterol high.

Liking this brand a lot
I have been rotating through various brands trying to find the right ones for my various vitamins. I found this brand at Whole Foods when I bought B-Complex that I was very happy with. I ended up buying it when I ran out of vitamin E after not being totally enthusiastic with my last 2 brands. I am very happy with this brand with this vitamin and I will be reordering.
