CamelBakEddy 1L Water Bottle

The size of the bottle looks deceptively small but holds a large quantity of water. The straw makes it really satisfying to drink from and there is no fear of spilling.

Best bottle ever! no leaks & and the flow is great.

its my main water bottle near to me wherever I am might be next to my bed though the mechanism of drinking its not perfect & the internal straw easily disconnect when refilling several times happened I get the idea cause it should be replaceable & for cleaning purpose it should be but if its more attached to the cap securely it would be better in general its my main & everyday water bottle might be forever.

Me encanta esta botella! Es de gran calidad, el agua no se sale si dejas abierta la boquilla, el único contra que le veo es que al principio te tienes que acostumbrar a morder y succionar el agua, pero ya que le agarras la onda no hay problema!Al principio también tenía un sabor a plástico por la boquilla nueva pero después de un par de semanas se quitó ese sabor!Muy buena compra

I still have my "handed down" Eddy from 5 years ago ... it's still in great condition and gets walloped around a tractor cab all day - I've destroyed many a lesser bottle in days.I bought this Eddy+ for the extra day capacity and fact that I simply can't kill them, great for throwing in the bike rucksack too.They travel and last a long, long, obscenely long time. Take some extra care to wash the mouthpiece and tubing out weekly by hand and you likely wont need another bottle ever.

I’ve been using a generic bottle for the past year. Well it finally bit the dust so I decided, “why not get something a little more sturdy this time?” So I got these ones. I bring it to work with me and to the gym. I like how its easy to carry around. It hasn’t leaked on me either for the week that I’ve had it so far. From what I’ve read, this is actually a redesign of the classic by Camelbak. Something about the bite valve being a different shape? I’ve never used the original so I can’t comment on the change but I’m pretty happy with what I got.One thing that I particularly like is how the carrying handle is so wide. My previous bottle didn’t have that so it was always kind of difficult to hold. I can actually fit two fingers into it which gives me to get a good grip. I’m happy to say that I haven’t dropped it yet!What’s a review without a pros and cons section, right? Well here it is:Pros - The water bottle seems durable. Like I said earlier I haven’t dropped it yet so I don’t know if the material will dent easily but the construction itself seems durable? For one thing the top feels sturdy enough so that I don’t have to worry about attaching it to my bag. The straw that comes out of the top is also a good thickness. Its also wide enough so that you can easily get that liquid from the bottle.The size means that it holds a lot of water too. I don’t know if it has special insulation or anything but it does keep my water cool for several hours. The mouth piece is easy to use as well. It doesn’t make any funny noise when you drink out of it which is a huge upgrade for me (that happened often with my previous bottle).Cons - Ok, so the color that you see on the listing isn’t actually the color that you’ll get. Well, its close but not really. I got it in blue and while it was blue, it was a lot darker than what it looked like in the picture. I still like it, its just that I expected it to be different. From what Ive seen this is the case for most of the other colors as well. So just keep that in mind when you’re picking out which to get.The other thing that I want to mention is that the bottle is a bit of a challenge to clean. Its dishwasher safe but you have to take apart all the components. From my experience I’ve found that its best to wash it by hand with a bottle brush- something like  these.  They get rid of the grime that builds up on the plastic. Make sure to pay extra attention to the spout and under the lid (the part where the straw connects), mold can easily grow in those areas!!Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. It’s definitely a step up from what I’m used to using. these.

Mein Dilemma: Wasserglas auf dem Nachttisch wird regelmäßig umgehauen. Flasche mit Dreverschluss kam nicht in Frage, weil ich nicht jede Stunde zwei Minuten Schrauben will.Die Camelbak-Flasche ist in der Hinsicht ideal. Das Mundstück sollte regelmäßig gut durchgespült werden, wenn man keinen Wert auf glitschige Ablagerungen legt.
