Stealthy and Versatile for Trips
I own and have owned a lot of camera bags over the years. When I purchased a 2018 iPad Pro 12.9" I didn't think about my travel camera and new iPad storage needs. So my inventory of bags were not cutting it for this iPad model. So the hunt was on. As my spouse and I left our home for the flight I was asked by her, "Where is your camera equipment?" As she surveyed my luggage. It was of course in my new Tenba 13" Slim. I take that question as a compliment to the bag, as it was carrying the iPad, a Fujifilm XT-2, a wide ange zoom, a medium zoom, and a small prime lens (plus many accessories).I even managed to cram in some Bowers and Wilkins PX headphones in the flap zippered pouch (though the cloth case did stick out and make the bag's flap bulge. But, it was good enough to get the headphones on the plane and get me to the hotel where I divested myself of the iPad and headphones for photo touring the Boston area.I found the interior of the bag very adaptive to what I wanted to carry. Stacking lenses, and accessories was easy with the velcro dividers. I particularly liked the small horizontal one that kept my stacked gear isolated and organized. I did get "TSA'd" by airport security and had to pull my lensless XT-2 out via the top flap zipper (without opening the entire velcro exterior flap. And yes, of course I had to pull the iPad from the bag's external pocket. So this outside iPad/laptop storage compartment worked well. Though, I'm not sure how thick a laptop it would accommodate. The "silent" flap velcro work relatively well, but often I just accessed gear via the top flapped zipper. There is another interior zipper cover that further helps secure your gear. The outside, side, adjustable, zippered pouches worked well. But they are not expansive. I had to cram my water bottle in one, and my cased glasses in the other. I would have had more confidence if these end pouches were deeper and elastic for my flexibility in storage. I suppose a trade-off was made for looks and overall slim profile. To be fair, even though the bag is "slim" it probably would be easy to pack enough enough camera gear (mirrorless camera gear) that prolonged use is going to hurt your shoulder. That is why I carefully chose what to pack in for any particular day.In the end I was glad to have the use of this bag for transport of my entire kit. It was very accommodating for my various requirements. Tenba of course makes a larger bag of similar design. So DSLR users might want to check that out.

Best Camera Bag I've Ever Had!
This is an amazing camera bag! Wish I had just bitten the bullet and purchased it last year when I first learned about it. It is very stylish and the material used in the bag is first class. The craftsmanship and thought that has gone into putting this bag together is also very reassuring. I love the size and when I have it fully filled it is not "stuffed" and really heavy. Here is what I initially stored in the bag: E-M1 with the Panasonic 35-100mm lens, E-M5 II with the Panasonic 12-32mm lens, the Olympus Tough TG-Tracker, my Rokinon 7.5mm and Olympus 12-40mm lenses, the E-M5 II pop-on flash in its case, my Nissin i40 flash, and a wallet-type holder with lens filters. I put my iPad mini 3 in the front pocket under the flap and have extra batteries for both cameras, the battery charger, a battery tester, and a case of four AA batteries stored in an old Case Logic hard drive case and that is in one of the expandable front pocket. My 13” Apple MacBook Pro (new model without touch pad) fits in the large pocket on the back of the bag. That’s a fair amount of equipment and it fits without need to stuff. And the bag is not very heavy.I love the quiet hook and loop holders on front flap, but most of all I love the ability to access the topmost contents easily through a zippered entry on very top of bag. Another great feature is the presence of expandable storage areas on either end of the bag. When used for flat items or unused, they remain flat against the bag. To use them to store, for example a small water bottle or a lens, you open a zipper to expand the pocket!

New favorite bag
This is a very high quality bag with a price to match. The construction and attention to detail is beyond anything I have seen from any other brand in over 20 years of looking for the 'perfect camera bag'. There is no perfect bag for all situations, but if you are looking for a quality large shoulder bag this one is worthy of your consideration. The fasteners and zippers are of good quality as is the fabric used inside and out. The shoulder strap has plenty of room to expand for across the chest carry and the removable hand strap is not adjustable but is of a good length. The connection point for the shoulder and hand strap appear to run down the side, across the bottom and back up the other side, ensuring the bottom of this bag will never give out under a heavy load, dumping gear on the ground (I've had that happen with a cheaper bag). The seams all appear sturdy, with box stitching where the straps terminate. The leather bottom, zipper pulls and strap grip pads are well made and provide a nice touch. There are plenty of pockets and the two pockets on the ends have a zipper that allows them to expand to hold larger items when needed. When expanded they are a good size for a water bottle or a medium size lens but they don't have any padding so storing a lens there might not be a good idea in some situations. There is a rain cover included but it is not built into a special pocket like some other bags, giving you the option of leaving it at home if you live in an area that doesn't see much rainfall. The inner padding is removable making the bag useful as a general purpose shoulder bag if needed. About the only thing I would like to see changed is making the shoulder strap removable like the short carry strap. Not a big deal, I can't see it being used without one but if the original strap becomes damaged it will make attaching a replacement more difficult. One of the cooler things about the bag is the Velcro seal on the main flap. Pull down then out when opening the bag and it's virtually silent. I imagine we will be seeing this on a lot of things in the future.
