Never ending problems
Since i bought i have been suffering of incredible loud noise of fan , disk errors, system low temperature errors. So frustrating not to be able access 10 years of data

Disappointed
It has security flaws with latest build of windows 10. You cannot access secured folder of EX4100 with Windows 10 latest build. It also caused bad sector on bootable nand drive after 2 months. Wd support is very poor, even after 3 weeks they are unable to provide me a solution.
