Mild flavored and easy to take. It works quickly. My go-to for over four years now. Happy to find it on Amazon at a decent price. I appreciate that it is a whole food source of B complex which can be difficult to source.

I started taking these because I noticed I would get extremely drained and tired around 2 pm everyday! Within a few days, I noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels-- no more mid day tiredness. This supplement is the real deal. The taste isn't horrible, but I drink it with a little cranberry juice. I bought a bottle for my girlfriend and she experienced an energy regulation as well. I am 41 and she is 46 and perimenopausal. I definitely recommend.

Vitamins B , are important for us and I hate swallowing pills, so this liquid vitamin is good for me. Should always check with your Dr. to make sure it’s ok for you. Most of us are low in some vitamin, important for us as we get older to take care of ourselves. Good quality and easy to take.

This is one of the best vitamin supplements I have ever used only this brand. Only this one offers the B complex that I really need. It makes a huge difference in the energy that I have and how I feel. I have used it for years got away from it for a little bit, but now getting back on it just because I was doing so many other things but going back to this because it is the best.

This is my favorite B complex supplement and I have used it for many years. It’s not a five star anymore as it’s gotten too expensive, and I have had to switch to another brand. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If the price ever drops significantly I’ll buy it again.
