A bit pricey but worth it. Very impressed with the quality and design. Fits the shelving units I purchased at Home Depot. Installation tip: make sure the wooden shelf is in place before you bolt on the wheels.

Had purchased a large shelf unit for $94 and needed it to be mobile. If I could of returned the shelf and just bought one with wheels it probably would of been more cost effective, but since I had this one together and needed this size, I opted to buy wheels. The wheels are well made and worked just fine, the price is the only star limiter really, but happy to have that project done.

Heavy duty casters added to heavy duty (purchased at Northern) utility racks. Allows mobility in the garage so I can clean under them or reconfigure the space as needed. Heavy duty casters work well with fully loaded shelves. Brakes work well and keep the shelving from moving. Only challenge was during the installation. You’ll need to drill a hole through the caster attachment as pictured to attach it to the shelving with the supplier screw/washer / locking nut. Was not difficult but it’s not in the instructions and I had to purchase a drill bit for this (~$5) so be prepared. Final product is sturdy and strong after a month of full weight and several moves.

Installed these on Husky 5 shelf units which have a higher weight capacity than the wheels but not planning on having more than 700 lbs total on the shelves which is half the max capacity of the wheels . They rest on a tab but appear to be well made but still glad I ordered the heavier duty version of the wheels. Tightening the bolts is a little tight with a socket but a wrench will do nicely, easy enough to do by yourself. Will update if I run into a problems but so far I loaded the shelves up and rolled it with ease.

I had low expectations of trying to find wheels that work with the metal shelving I have, these are purpose built, easy to install and very smooth operating.

I didn't like the price, but bought anyways. I needed something to fit my Muscle Rack shelves and something that could handle a heavy load. I actually installed on existing shelves without turning it over like instructions stated.... I took everything off the shelves but I didn't want to go through the pain of taking off all the shelves and supports so I just lifted each end up enough to get wheels under. It wasn't ideal, it made it harder to install, but it still worked. When I first rolled my heavy, full shelf around I was VERY surprised as to how easy it was to roll... in any direction.... I was so happy I wanted to do a little dance with my shelf (it was a long day, and getting wheels to make this shelf mobile was a BIG win for me!). In the back of my mind I kind of wanted them to suck cause I didn't like the idea of spending that much money on wheels. But now that I have them, I am IN LOVE and will definitely buy again when more are needed.

These casters are well made, made solid, and have smooth bearings, and the locking mechanism is easy to apply and release. I put these on two workbenches that I use for my business, and they are as described: well built, solid, and professionally made. I would buy and recommend these to anyone looking for casters for their bench.
