I love how it came so quick. I like it for my light weight 1st welding mask. Seems like good quality will try it out tomorrow and see. Wish it had better instructions on how to put together. Ill youtube it.

Cheap good helmet ... had it over a year and it worked like a champ

Plastic is flimsy and head hear is cheap

Wanted something cheap I wouldn't have to worry about messing up and it works pretty well for the price

The media could not be loaded.  The custom design was unique.

I us a Lincoln Electric Viking hood at work, and this hood works just as well. The only downside to this hood is I have a big head and the headgear wont open enough for me to wear my welding cap.

At first it looks ok with a flashy and nice finish but I wondered if it was really any good being not really expensive. It is not as heavy duty as I have had before but on using it I was impressed as it seems to work great. So I rate it great for the price

Came just in time for the welding portion of a project I'm working on.Unfortunately you have to put it together out of the box. The head strap isn't attached and has to be assembled...not really a big deal but you would think it would be already assembled. Head strap adjustment is also very tight and not easy at all to size.Didn't pay attention when I was buying it and neglected to see the confederate flag on the side. Rather not be associated with a class of people that education forgot but it helps that it's nearly covered by a beautiful, nearly naked woman...so there's that.I found the lens doesn't adequately darken while welding and experience a bit of welding afterflash with long runs. It's dark enough to safely weld but the arc is quite bright and it'll give you a pretty bad headache with sustained use.The test button is non-functional but I suppose that doesn't matter too much when the lens darkens fine with use.It's worth the $50andchange but not beyond that. If you do a lot of welding (or plan to) this is not the shield for you. I got it because my regular helmet went down at the wrong time and this was a quick cheap replacement. It will be replaced soon.

Works really well. Comes with convenient replacement cover lenses to protect the solar charger and dimming panel. I should have looked closer at the helmet, however. Behind the stripper on the sides there is a large confederate flag. Wouldn't have purchased if I had realized it beforehand. Giving three stars because it does work very well and is easily adjustable.Head strap works great. Darkening sensors work well, too. Sometimes when I am chipping a weld or doing something with the helmet down it will randomly go dark. Even if I haven't struck an arc. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient at worst.Overall, haven't had issues with arc flash or the darkening sensor disengaging during a weld. I'll update if anything changes or goes wrong.

This helmet is mostly great. Everything works and is mostly well constructed. Its definitely cheap. It does the job. But it arrived with a smudge on the lense. Not enough to instruct vision but definitely annoying to have a new product in less than perfect condition.

Good value for the price. Has a hard time of staying up (constantly needs to tighten knob). Not the most comfortable either but hard to beat for the price.
