I ordered this for a trip to Canada last year (around nov-dec 2018) and it was about perfect. If you've never been to northern Canada in peak winter, you can take my word for it: You need a warm coat.This? Is a warm coat, a VERY warm coat, so much so I was wearing it in a severe blizzard with only a T-shirt under it. You might not expect the button up to really seal the heal in, but it does. I threw on a scarf with my hat and goggles and weathered it better than most of my peers, who were for the most part rocking much more expensive, well-known "outdoorsman" brands.I ordered the XL because the reviews at the time said size up, because of the shoulders. This worked out perfectly, even if the coat hangs low on my thighs (6 foot here, about 165lbs for reference) and the sleeves are a little long, because that extra shielding on my thighs helped compensate for the pants I was wearing.The sleeves open WIDE, enough so I could wear them over gauntlet style gloves made by the Inuit and use the fasteners to keep them secure over said gloves. No draft, no chill. It was exceptional.The shoulders are a little narrow. The jacket wore a little loose all the way around (Great for layers? Except you don't NEED layers under this thing) except the shoulders, and while the trunk has a lot of room for extra padding (or body armor - yes, body armor!), the sleeves were narrow enough I couldn't have comfortably worn a full sleeve hoodie or sweater under it.Not that either would be necessary, because it's incredibly warm and cozy. Detecting a theme, here?As for style? Women love it. Women half my age were constantly complimenting me on the jacket, my good taste, and it made for a very enjoyable trip to Canada. For reference? I'm a pretty average looking guy, of average build. But in this thing? I might has well have been a rock star.I'll be ordering another this year, but I'll stick to a large and pay the extra to have it let out at the shoulders some. I don't need more room in the sleeves though, because wearing anything more than a t-shirt or aloha shirt under it is completely unnecessary.Oh, and if you're just walking around the various towns and cities on a colder place like Canada? You don't even need to button it up. For real, I was walking down the street with my aloha shirt showing and getting crazy looks from people, but I was perfectly warm. It's almost required not to overheat, really.Get it for the style? Get it for the practical warmth? But get it.I will note the one and only issue I had was the inside pocket had a hole, where it looked like the leather had been punctured before it was made. Non-issue for me, but it was disappointing to get such an amazing coat, only to have something trivial bring it down a notch.

It would be great if the magnetos works mainly the one in the neck because there is no way to protect your neck from wind or cold, it doesn’t close, it doesn’t have even a button

As soon as my return is approved I will order the XS and let the world know how the process went.Pros: These Blade Runner 2049 Jackets are stylish. It quite nearly fit me. The shoulders look great and offer an athletic and masculine appearance that is not easy to achieve for some styles of trench coat. I was impressed. Light weight classy looking leather.Cons: The leather wrinkles during shipping and takes days to flatten. The small size could easily fit a guy around 5’10” at 175 IMO. The product showed as not delivered in the tracking even though I have had it for 3 days. This has lead to the Amazon auto return software in the order history not activating. Very strange that the delivery service dropped it off but it will not show as delivered. I anticipate the return shipping is on you and they will not allow a local free drop off.I will write another review if/when I get an approved return and get the XS size.

I hardly ever write reviews but I am pleased enough with this winter coat that I decided to make an exception in this case.I am very pleased with the appearance and comfort of this coat.Most importantly, I wanted and need a warm winter coat as I am frequently outdoors in cold weather for long periods of time. It fully meets this need.I also want to look sharp. I trend towards a western look and though this cost is not a "western coat ", it can pass. I am very pleased with its appearance and how it looks on me.I did have to knock it down from 5 stars due to the fit. I am an athletic 6ft, 175 lbs. Broad in the shoulders and narrow in the waist. Following a previous review advice as to fit for my size and weight, I ordered an extra large.Unfortunately, though it fits properly through the shoulders, it us pretty loose around the middle. But then, I have no gut. If you have the average build for a 6ft man, it will probably fit you fine. Really not a big issue for me as it allows me to comfortably layer u der the coat.I was surprised at how long the sleeves are. Normally length of sleeve is a problem for me in nearly all shirts, etc. This coat, the sleeves hit me at about mid palm. Upon reflection, I realize that perhaps it is designed that way.Overall, I am very pleased.

I received the jacket last week (and might I say 6 days earlier than expected). I ordered the 3XL and it fits exactly as it should. As others have said it is not meant to be worn buttoned, but if you're dealing with severe cold buttoning up will do the trick, without any issues. Also, I have gotten many compliments on the jacket, everywhere, I have gone with it in the short time I have had it.A note on the pockets that I think should be taken into account. There are no side hand pockets. If there is anything I wish the jacket had it would be side hand pockets. I have also read reviews about the smell of the jacket. I can honestly say the smell of my jacket is a new leather smell and by no way is it overpoweringI have also seen a few reviews about the buttons and that they can come off. I can see where this can happen due to how they are sewn on the jacket. With that, when the jacket is buttoned, the flap will move to lock against the button. If you do not move the flap away from the button, when you try to unbutton it, then, as a few have said, you may have an issue with the buttons.The jacket is also a soft feel and my particular jacket already has the broken in feel due to the relaxed leather....this is a big plus.If you were thinking about getting this jacket take the plunge and get it as you will not be disappointed.Have a great day
