The bench itself is very good looking. Most of the leather is sewn on, but the bottom part is stapled with furniture staple which works well for it's purpose, but mine's missing a staple so it's kind of dangling just a teeny bit at that part - I just fixed it with my own stapler, works well enough. Other than that the whole thing holds together well enough for personal use.As for the standing upside-down part, yes I can do it, takes a little practice and I suggest doing it against a wall/door first so you don't accidentally flip all the way round the other side and potentially injure yourself, and once you're good enough you can move the bench somewhere middle of the room.It will hurt your shoulders if you do it too often, so I suggest limiting yourself in terms of time upside down as you get a feel for your personal endurance(the heavier you are the more weight you put on your shoulders). You can also use the hands to bear some of the weight.That rush of blood to the head is always a nice thing if you need a pick-me-upper though.

Very easy to assemble no issues at all. Loved the style and wood. The cushions don’t look like they’ll last but if you are careful maybe. Fast delivery. Love the poster guide poster. I love using it.
