Good for my bad back
This was very easy for a 1-person build. I like the adjustable lumbar support as it's a great help to improve my comfort. The seat is very comfortable too - I'm not aware of any discomfort under my thighs from the front edge, which has been an issue with other chairs.Downsides?I'm conscious that the arms won't support my weight when rising - but it's good that they swivel up so I can lean on the seat.I'm also wary that the backrest doesn't lock strongly so I sometimes lean back a wee bit too far.Overall, a good chair and good value (although I got a strong discount on a special offer).

great all round chair
I ordered this chair in September and I have to say its been pretty good, the lower back support is great, and as im pretty tall, having the head/neck support is perfect for me..I did have a issue where the plastic that holds the arms of the chair had broken, but upon speaking to the company they sent me out a complete replacement chair within 2 days, so I cannot fault the customer service at all! 5 stars for that!one thing I will say.. as much as the cushion on the chair is pretty comfy.. personally I think it could be padded out a little bit more.. if you are intending to be sat in this for long periods.. (eg, over 6-8hrs) the cushion in my opinion is not thick or padded enough for that.. is does get a little uncomfortable after around 6 hours but its not unbearable.. just a quick walk around for maybe 5-10mins and your good to go again.would recommend for a nice simple ergonomic chair that isn't going to break the bank, 4 Stars overall.

Poor quality chair - Not recommended
Revision after 1+ years:Seat pad is still awful, I never received my missing bolt, so the back now leans badly to one side. And to top it off the gas lift on the chair has now taken to dropping whenever it feels like and I constantly have to lift it back up. In retrospect, I would not have wasted £100 on this chair, and I would have opted for a more expensive but more solidly-constructed chairs. If this is ever available again - steer well clear. This chair is reasonably well constructed, and the back is really comfortable. However, my issue is that the seating pad feels very very thin - to the extent that I can feel the bolts from the mechanism/assembly beneath the chair sticking in my legs/bum. The filling material seems very light. I think if the seating pad could be filled with something more solid, or made thicker I would be much happier with the chair. As it is, I am looking at alternatives as I am currently sat on an additional cushion which is not sustainable long-term.For reference, I'm around the 14st mark, and so I don't feel like I'm putting any higher amount of weight onto the seating pad than would be expected.Customer services have been helpful with regards a missing bolt at the back of the chair, although I am still trying to organise a suitable way of obtaining the missing bolt. I haven't raised the issue of the seating pad, as I don't believe there is a way that this could be fixed in the current chair.

Actually ergonomic and value for money
I can confirm that this chair has an actual ergonomic design. Its light and very comfortable and the seating cushion is as firm as it should be.I cannot confirm yet the longevity of the chair but for now looks legit.UPDATE: i came back 2,5 years later to give feed back about the longevity of this chair.2,5 years later, i am looking for a new chair because this one cannot stay in a preferred level. Now the chair cannot hold me and everytime i seat slowly sinks to the lower height. The chair is useless for me now.

Comfortable but creaky.
This chair is comfortable, I like the adjustable lumbar support and the fact the arms can be folded out the way so it will fit under my desk. It’s very easy to put together and there are spare bolts if you need them. However, the build quality is questionable. I’m pretty sure my chair is not 100% perpendicular to the ground and it feels like it leans slightly in one direction. Not only that, it is so creaky, any slight movement and you can hear the legs creaking despite the fact all the bolts are well torqued. This was to replace a similar office chair I bought from eBay for £40 (always a mistake) and you can tell they were made in the same manufacturing plant in China (same legs, same quality materials, packaging, instructions etc.) which doesn’t justify the difference in price for folding arms. I think Next time I will buy a ‘branded’ make and I will be willing to spend more on something that I spend 8-10 hours a working day in.

Cheaper and easy to assemble
Really good minimal design. Perfect for my office/gaming setup. I was thinking of buying gaming chair first, but my priority was office work so bought this and it is worth it. Does have that neck support and hand rest which is useful for me, and that spine/back support is why I bought this. And in top of that, can be setted as rockable mode which I really loved it, gives me clam vibes whilst listening to calm music. Like you know rocking chair, listening to slow reverbed, after having a tired day. It was very easy to assemble as well, like I was amaze, it took me less than 1 hours to assemble, which for me who does not build stuff is amazing. And I did get extra screws but did not use it but is it really good thinking by the seller that, we might need one if it get lost.

Really good char and good value for money
Like many others, I have been told I am now going to be working from home permanently, only going into the office once in a blue moon. So I have been setting up my 3rd bedroom as an office. So I got the chair yesterday morning, Sunday 11/01. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to build the chair. It is easy enough to do. I have been using it this morning. So far it is very comfortable, it does not creak like my other chair did. The seat pad seems very good. I really like the lumbar support, as I have a bad back. The only slight negative is the head rest does not go up quite far enough for me, so I might take it off after a while, but so far able to live with it.A brilliant chair for the money, would definitely recommend it.

Comfort
Definitely worth the price. It's an average price. It wobbles a little at the seat, but cant complain any further. Thanks

Good chair with great support | Updated
Update: after having the chair for a couple of months one of the arm supports broke and thanks to the fantastic customer support agent Emily, I was able to get that resolved while she helped me every step of the way. After getting my new chair I was able to put it together with ease once again and the chair feels as good as it did before, the wheels get stuck from time to time but this isn't an issue as I still have my old ones. Other than that the chair is solid and I'm happy with it and the customer support.I've had this chair for a couple of days now. Assembly is straightforward, so that's not an issue for anyone, I would imagine. Comfort is okay. There is some room for improvement, I notice after sitting for a while that my butt will hurt, so there's that. As for support, I didn't think I would like the back support, but it's pretty nice to have. The headrest could be better as mine is somewhat loose but other than that, it does its job, and while it's pretty good overall, I had to contact support to get better wheels for my chair. Support was quick and easy in helping me with my issue and answered all the questions I had.

Decent
Not the easiest chair to assemble. Little things make it slightly awkward especially if you are one person assembling. Highly recommend reading the instructions start to finish before beginning. The headrest is adjustable in the sense that you can tilt it for comfort. It would be even better if you were able to adjust height as well. The lumbar support is decent but it is not adjustable or at least I haven’t figured out how to adjust it and the instructions are for assembly only and not use of chair. Typically there is a lever so you can adjust for comfort. *mini update: the lumbar support is adjustable. It just sticks at first so when you try to move it, it feels like you’re going to break the chair. You can slide it up and down to fit your body but you cannot move it back and forth.*The seat cushion feels quite firm however, it is quite comfortable when you’re sitting all day long in front of the computer.A decent ergonomic office chair given the cost. After 2 full 8 hour days using the chair, overall, I am pleased with the chair. Will update my review if anything changes but am happy with the chair for the time being

The chair is OK
It was described a like new. It was far from it. there was no original packaging except for the external damaged box. Everything was loose inside the box, including all the screws. there was a hole in the bottom of the box but lucky that none of the screws fell out. It was obviously used with dirt and dust over everything. I had to clean and vacuum it once assembled. If it wasn't such a bother to return it I would have. It functions as described. Today I see I could have ordered a new chair for $5. more which was not available when I ordered this one. From the look of it, whoever returned this one had used it for some time.Update; I found some damage under the chair seat. It also lacks padding in the seat and is uncomfortable. I have decided to return it.
