Classic 5" Serrated Utility Knife

Now my go-to knife and used mulitiple times every day. It hardly ever gets back into the knife rack! Cuts all beautifully from bakery goods to steak. Being serrated always a sharp crisp cut every time. As others have said, wish I had discovered and bought sooner. There's a reason this knife has and earns a full five star rating. Wonderful!!!

Oh man, what a joy this is to use. It's small but not too small, lightweight but solid, sharp as heck, nicely balanced and comfortable for smaller hands. I'm a vegetarian and use knives only for fruits and vegetables; this one is perfect for tomatoes, citrus fruits, cukes, etc. For bigger veggies, onions and potatoes I use the awesome Wusthof 6" utility knife. I'm a pretty serious cook but (stupidly) have never invested in good knives until now. If you have just these two knives you'll find yourself using them 90% of the time. Well worth the investment.

A really good sharp knife. Slices Tomatoes and hard boiled eggs in thin slices. Expensive but worth it.

Sharp, very sharp.....excellent for tomatoes or cutting a BLT in half......love Wusthoff knives....I've bought several, mostly from Westhoff direct....Amazon doesn't carry the whole line.....but I go to Amazon first and if I can't find it I jump over to Westhoff, delivery is about the same..

Beautiful knife - I haven’t used it yet, but wanted to comment that it was shipped in a bubblewrap bag, and the box holding the knife was completely mangled. I’m surprised that the knife wasn’t bent. I would suggest that Amazon or the supplier ships these in a small box instead to protect this rather expensive knife.
