I absolutely love this coconut oil. I use it for cooking, mouth wash and even as a natural toothpaste ingredient. Tested the lowest for toxic chemical ‘Phthalate’ contamination and packaged in a glass jar. Highly recommended!

The saturated fat ratio is not good for consumption s the labelling is a bit deceptive as product is not as healthy as it seems to be. I use the ‘Yuka’ app as a guide to determine if a product is healthy or not (Yuka breaks down the ingredients and informs you of product healthiness - it’s a wonderful app!). This product was rated as bad, 44/100 & the seller does not allow refunds. Had I been able to get my money back I would have gave a better star rating as this product is expensive. I wouldn’t recommend if you actually want a healthy product. If you don’t care rather it’s healthy or not, I’d say go for it.
