These drinks are very sweet, I cannot recommend them. Take note of the sugar content. I was a dummy and didn't.

Very Convenient! I use them to mix smoothies in the morning. Pour into a blender, add a banana and my choice of other ingredients, dry nuts, extra protein powder, yogurt, fiber mix and blend.

I have tried lots of different drinks but these are absolutely delicious! I drink half in the morning and half at my 2:00 hungry time, it helps me get through until dinner! I love the variety!
