First, the good. These are really good shades considering the price. I wasn't expecting designer shades but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The shades are also easy to install and were better at blocking out light compared to the expensive ones I replaced.Now, the bad. I ordered two sets of shades and one was missing the mounting hardware. The only way to get in touch with the manufacturer is via a hotmail email address. I sent an email requesting the mounting hardware. Later that night I got a reply with a tracking number. After a day, the tracking number was still showing that it hadn't been dropped off at the shipper. I sent another email and didn't get a reply until nighttime again. They basically said they hoped the mounting hardware arrived soon.My guess is that I was emailing with someone out of the country. They were good at getting back but the shipping status never updated. I went ahead and did an exchange and sent back the shades that were missing the mounting hardware.To make a long story even longer, I received the replacement shades and hung them before the missing brackets finally showed up. And, they were completely different brackets and would not work for my shades. So, if you get these shades (I still recommend them) and parts are missing, don't bother sending an email. Do a return/replacement through Amazon.

Returned this because the mounting hardware was not going to enable it to be flush against the wall over the window. So the gap let in a ton of light. Picture is for demonstration purposes not on my actual window. Also the metal cord is cheap. Overall material quality is very poor. Definitely a china factory special. You get what you pay for here...

This is an excellent roller shade. I was skeptical when I ordered because this was my first ever roller shade order online. This one comes with cover and it looks classy than the ones that don’t. I looked at other online sites and they had roller shades with out cover for double the price. I got 43 inches by 72 and couldn’t be happier. I wish this manufacturer will offer half inch incremental sizes in future. So for instance if you have 43.8 inches width, it’s would be great to have 43.5 inch wide one as opposed to 43. I hope the manufacturer will read this and make this possible.

Great quality. Easy to install, love the look, rolls easily up and down. Doesn't completely block out the light. I've been using painters tape to tape the sides down to keep the room darker.

We needed to change from traditional blinds because my four children kept tearing them up. These are great. They were easy to install, they are classic looking. The best part is, they darken our rooms beautifully. I purchased 6 of these, but I will soon purchase more to go behind our bedroom curtains as well because of their darkening capabilities. No one likes blinds lines to show up through their curtains.

It really does black out a room from light. Great quality!

Make sure to screw the chain away from the side of the shade. My shade started rubbing and has become shredded on the side. I just move the chain a little farther away from the shade and now problems now! Looks very nice and classy. I would recommend this product.

Good quality blackout material with sturdy aluminum valence cover. Overall very clean-looking, so much so that sometimes I do not even notice that it is there. Operates very smoothly, spring-loaded hanging brackets make it easy to remove for cleaning. Highly recommended.

I love these blinds! We have white window casings so grey colour is neutral and disappears in the background. We love sunlight pouring in but it also produces a glare when we watch tv. LUCKUP blinds eliminates that problem and provides necessary privacy in the evening.

They look good in the motor home and are easy to install.
