The test kit was easy to use, just took 10 minutes to do everything to get the sample ready. Mailed it out and got results back in a week and a half. I had gone to an allergy specialist and they refused to test me for food allergies/sensitivities for my eczema. I’ve had severe eczema on my hands for the past year. I got this test and the results came back that I have a severe sensitivity to dairy products and mild sensitivity to eggs. I’ve cut those completely out of my diet now and am seeing incredible results within just a few days - boils gone, skin is healing, no more burning when I put lotion on - it’s incredible! I tried every cream and supplement regimen you could think of, but they only partially treated my symptoms. This test has helped me find what has been the cause of my year long eczema flare up and I am so grateful!

I got this product so I could see if I had any food intolerances to avoid. Once I opened the package, I had all necessary materials to complete it including alcohol wipes, gauze, bandages, and two lances to prick my finger. The instruction sheet was clear and easy to follow and I finished getting my sample in under 5 minutes. It wasn’t painful or difficult to prick my finger with what was provided either. Then after it dried for a few hours I packaged it up in the provided prepaid return envelope, and brought it to the post office to ship. Overall, the entire kit was extremely easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone who is curious to learn more about their body and health! I’m excited to get my results.
