It was a good try but not a necessary one. Unless you have difficulty not eating in the morning it is better to do intermittent fasting. But good to try at least once.It is sweet but not extra sweet, if you are used to having a coffee without sugar you might not enjoy this first thing in the morning. So why not try it mid-day

I really love this product. The taste and feeling is just so good. Before I used to crave for so many times and I just feel like putting something in my mouth every after 1hr. It .right not be big but atleast something sweet should be in my mouth. I've tried some products but no change, didn't notice any change. When I was searching for more slimming products,I came across this Oladore slimming coffee and decided to give it a try based on some reviews that I read. Since I started taking it as instructed, 15minutes before breakfast, I barely feel hungry and can stay whole day without eating and I'm fine. Now I eat not because I feel hungry but because I just want to and i eat just little portions and I'm full. Sometimes I even throw up after eating when I try to force the food. I really love it but my worry is that the 10 ratchets are very small and the price is abit high. Imagine if I have to be taking 3 packs in a month😬😬 that's way lot of money. This has also help to improve my sleep.
