Given the increased time spent indoors due to the pandemic in the 'year that shall not be named' I was looking for ways to get myself out of the usual morning fog. Coffee was part of the solution, but even then it was getting hard to shake the cobwebs in the morning. I bought this with the hope that the light therapy would have an impact; in the week or so of daily use I can say that I feel more energetic later in the day without having to reach for a second or even third cup of coffee.I'll keep up the sessions to see if it continues - but overall happy with the purchase.

I was excited to receive this but I have to link it to Bluetooth. No sweat. Instructions say to scan the QR code on bottom of case. Only there is no QR case. So it says use the serial number instead. OK. Says serial number is next to QR code. Not helpful. So emails to support and no response. On the positive side it looks pretty sitting on my dresser. No idea if this is normal but if it is, run.

Easy to wear, charge, etc. Will update on the results later. My issue is with the confusion about directions. Manual for AYOlite says to download the goAYO app to “unlock all the features…” The app is incompatible with AYOlite. Why would they put that in the manual which is clearly labeled AYOlite? I’m not sure how many features I cannot unlock, probably nothing of much use, but it is confusing to be told to download an app and then find out it cannot be used. My other issue is with the instruction to use the device 20 minutes. The manual says it will turn itself off after that time. It did not do that. Perhaps these issues would go away with the more expensive product. I don’t think they are important enough to spend the extra money, though.

Great quality. Battery lasts for at least 5 uses of 20 minutes each per day.Bought this to replicate the summer sun in the wintertime so I would have more energy in the later part of the day. It definitely seems to be working. Better than a happy light that’s only in one part of the house and tends to be too bright. This device is portable which is a huge benefit. I would say the price is pretty high for what it does, but it is a niche product.

I really like the product’s benefits. The light was a good brightness, a little brighter would be better but it’s still ok. The issue I have is the build quality. One, the proprietary charger has got to go, or the magnet needs to be stronger. It falls soft way to easy. It’s frustrating. Two, the battery must not be very good. My first pair stopped charging after a couple months. They sent me a new pair. They worked fine. They sat in their case for about a year and now they won’t charge at all. Really disappointed.

I don’t like this one as well as the full feature version, but it is $100 cheaper. You cannot select a time, it is set at 20 minutes. You must restart to add more time.

Lightweight and easy to use! Sleek design and not intrusive at all. Helps my husband sleep better who often can’t fall asleep at night

Don’t work

I have been using Ayo for more than a week now. I put the glasses on the moment I wake up and use them while making coffee and preparing for the day. They are super comfortable to wear around and I wake up instantly.I have to wake up early due to work, but usually struggle to open my eyes in the morning. This problem is long gone since I am using Ayo! Especially now that it is winter in the UK and there is very limited sunlight outdoors and the days are shorter, I feel a lot more energised for the rest of my day.Also, fast delivery, well packaged and with clear instructions for use. Thank you!
