Tremont Nail CC8 - Standard Steel Common Square Nails 1lb Box of 2 1/2" (8d)

Picture shows old fashioned rough looking lighter colored nail that looks like it is about 2 times as wide at the top taper as the non-tapered side.The nails I received look like modern dark cut masonry nails and are about 4 times wider at the top taper than the non-tapered side.

They are so wide at top making them very tough to get all the way in.

the nails are good but they were too large for the project my hubs used them for and they broke the item. Oh well....

They don't look like the photo. Very wide at the top. However, they did the job I needed them to do.

I needed some flat nails for a project and, of course, my first place to search was Amazon. These came in and the seller sent me two types - very thoughtful. I thought they would be heavy but they are light and easy to work with. These worked great. Thanks!

Picture shows square nails but recieved flat nails.

Nails are awesome! In fact they are much stronger than my antique nails and grip better.

These are stamped steel. Worked perfectly for my application.
