In it's price range I found it to be the best. I have a long list of issues but even with them it is way above other watches I have tried. It has a real glass crystal, of which I chipped mine already! The rubber watchband also just broke on me! The magnetic charger is tricky to connect. I find letting the lightweight charger to jump onto the watch completes a good connection. Trying to place the much heavier watch onto the charger fails often. Connectivity to the app is great. I even easily created my own watch face from a photo of the famous rose window in Paris I took before the fire. But the bar graph face showing pulse, calorie, steps etc.. is my favorite. The worst 'feature' is the sleep feature. I don't sleep in a 9-5 World, and the watch is not smart enough to understand that so the sleep data is totally wrong. Many of the other contenders in this class flat out lie about features, beware. One says it has body temp and it is not in the watch at all. some have features that appear to guess and not real sensors. This one seems to be the most accurate that has all of the features I wanted. Even watches three to four times the price did not have all of the sensors I want. Still it is my favorite (in it's class watch), as I look to order a new crystal and watchband.

I thought the watch looked cool and was going to be a reliable smart watch. Not so much. Not accurate with the features and the step count. Amazon is really good and convient with returning items. The return process was easy and I got my accounted credited the next day. Maybe I had a faulty watch. Or me not having an iphone. I got a samsung fit bit instead that works a lot better. And I'm very pleased

I do love the look and feel of this watch but I was worried that I would be to rough on it. I ended up buying a military style smart watch and use this as a dress watch.Fits great and sleek looking. Features are nice and easy to use. I use this synced to me Apple XR phone.

I wish I listened to the bad comments!! I just bought this July 15 and already having trouble with the watch. This is my second itouch watch. My fist one was the square style. I got it as a gift in Christmas of 2021. It lasted for 8 months. I thought maybe because I swim and shower with it, so I decided to buy the same brand but different style and also since the app is already downloaded in my phone. This new watch is so disappointing. It's very sensitive. I won't even touch the screen and it just goes from one screen to the next then it will turn off by itself. Also, the battery dies after 2-3 days. The body temp is not accurate at all. Overall, not happy with the watch. I wish I can return it but return window is over so I'm stuck with this defective not so good watch.

I got this in April and it has completely quit working in July. The battery went completely dead and now it would charge.Wish I would of done some more research.

The watch is nice and functional, but you have to make sure you measure your gait from heel to toe step and adjust the watch so your steps are accurate, directions were kind of unclear. still trying to figure out how the "hydration part of the app works.
