That might not seem like a lot
I'm down 10 lbs since starting this 6 weeks ago. That might not seem like a lot, but for me that's amazing. Mostly I feel better. I don't know if it's just because its summer, but I will keep this up through the winter to see if it continues to work. It is somewhat expensive.

Questions...
So far I have been experiencing lots of bloating. Is that normal and from the opti-core bottle it smells kind of smelly not a pleasant smell is that normal too?

Mostly happy with it
I think it actually makes me sleepy. Maybe I have a paradoxical reaction to all the caffeine. But I've definitely noticed a reduction in stress levels and my appetite is aignificantly reduced.
