Very robust customer-service, that are empowered to make decisions that save everyone time and money. This is a very well-executed product and worth the extra percentage compared to the similar items. Its design is elegant and strikes the correct balance of power, weight, and access to the various muscle knots for everyones personal reasons. I wake with my feet, neck, and hips in unmitigated spasm and gain productive hours, as a result of its use. Similarly, I end the day in an identical state, due to activity and use this to begin my attempts at refreshing sleep. I could probably replace about 6 other devices with this singular design. I recommend that patients cut to the chase, with this product.

I bought it for shoulder muscle pain after I broke my arm. It is amazing how heavy 2.5 lbs are but it made it tough to use in the area of my shoulder that needed help.

It works awesome. But if you’re weak due to back and neck injury and pain, this is so heavy!! It’s top heavy. The curve is perfect but it keeps slipping out of my hand. Nothing to grip on. So smooth and heavy it just slips all the time. I got sick of it. And quit using it. So I returned it. Look again.But I tried to return it and they want to charge me $14 to have UPS come and pick it up?? That makes no sense. There’s no where to write them. They sent me a label but I can’t print it. No printer! So I sent it along with other return that was free to have UPS to pick up. But how to tell them??

This works quite well. Quick charge. Excellent pain relief.

I liked the quality but the unit was too heavy and the motion was stronger than I cared to use but I am 83 which probably played a factor on my deciding to return it.

I wanted something I could easily use on my neck and back because that's where I carry all my stress. It's sooooo heavy I feel like it just makes me strain my neck when having to use it. Which defeats the purpose. I tried to use it on my husband and the shape makes it nearly impossible to do for someone else. Have to get a different one because this was so terrible

This is exactly as it's described. It's a nice ergonomic way to get at some hard spots, although mostly the way my wife and I use it is on each other. And from a great seller - I lost the power cord that came with it, and emailed the seller to ask what the specs were so I could order another one. And instead they just shipped me a new one, free of charge! Can't do better than that.
