Just got it and had a short time to use it but it's perfect for a commuter bike or when you get needing a bit of light. It's got quite a bit of light output with an easily changed light pattern. This is not the light you would use on a night time excursion and isn't it's intended purpose, so taking that in consideration; it's small and light weight, I don't know how long it will run on a single AA battery. The mount is simple to install and it conforms to the handlebar pretty easily. Good bang for the buck
