The product arrived perfectly packaged and seems legit until I opened the lids on both ends.. for a start I had the same problem as others, the plumper was actually in the lid but I managed to put it back in it's correct place. I then looked at the label and it seems this has been put on the wrong way. As you can see from the picture the plumper end actually says primer and vice versa.Overall I haven't noticed my lips to be any plumper and the primer leaves my lips looking cakey.

It's just ok. I haven't noticed an impressive effect from the plumper, and the primer doesn't keep lipstick on much more than the lipstick would stay by itself. But since the price isn't too high I'm not too disappointed with my purchase. I guess it's not much of a waste if you buy it to try if it works for you.

The primer is a rubbish concealer at best (see pic) and the plumper is a waxy balm loaded with cinnamon. It really hurt when applied (much more than normal plumpers which are a lot more scientific than just cinnamon). Cheap product and you get what you pay for.First E.L.F product purchased and won't be buying any more that's for sure!

It is an OK primer and plumper but the one I received looks like a "seconds" as the primer and plumper were the wrong way round. I love elf makeup and skincare, this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Lip plumper really stings, would say makes lips more red but not plumper. However does leave lips feeling v soft. Primer for lips snapped off, and would say didn’t work, foundation works better as a primer than this.
