Amazing water pressure. Beautiful colors. Clean lines. Easy to clean.

Used this maybe 15-20 times and have had to fix it twice- it has leaked into my ceiling and caused water damage. Screw came loose and out of the shower because of the pressure. Also the holder for the hand sprayer sux! Does not stay in the holder and I have to just lay it on the shower floor. If I’d installed it right after I bought it and not 2 years later- I would be returning it. Waste of money.I had this installed about a year after purchase date. However, once it was installed, the small screws that were attached to the shower head will not hold with the water pressure and therefore gets loose every time I take a shower, causing water to spray all inside the ceiling. This is a defective product.

After installing we used it for about 6 months and it started leaking. Not from connection but from seal between two plates that create shower head. In couple days they send me new one to replace. Good customer service.

Really nice product but on the 3rd used screws were failing from the water pressure, leaking can't be stopped.. Don't know how to repair ir. we need the replacement of the shower head.. have send a video since begining of decembre and the seller hasn't have the courtesy of writing back...Just wanted to find out how can we get a replacement even if we have too pay

The media could not be loaded. The quality is not all that great over all. Now the head leaks from the back and finding a replacement is not easy.

I can honestly say this is the best shower I have ever taken. The rain shower is unreal. Beyond happy with this shower!Only problem is the LED control panel won’t work. I bought this in February but just got it installed this week sir to the bathroom renovation taking longer than expected. Everything works great except the LED controller and I can’t find replacement parts.Any help from the manufacturer would be awesome.

The media could not be loaded. In unbelievable. I bought this in October to use in my bathroom. Just got to putting water on the unit and it leaks from the actual valve system that turns it on and off but since I just did it now to support and return time window is closed and this thing cost $800. Stay away from it.
