Great scanners. Very handy!

Nothing I can complain about. It scans all barcodes 2d and 3d. It works with square on iPad. Looks pretty nice. It's USB rechargeable. Oh hey, there is is thing to complain about, it uses the absolutely ancient big fat USB connector that like no one else has used in fifteen years. What a strange design decision

The item arrived in the secure package. Everything was intact and was operational right away. After contacting the company for which we use the scanners and having them explain on how to use them in conjunction with Airsoft in founders center very EP simple tool to use. although the scanners are much larger than our previous ones they are simple to use and record the scans more efficiently. We use them on bracelets with kids in our elementary school for their lap counts in our Run Club. Can you find out the battery life for our purposes is more than sufficient. And in spite of its size it is lightweight and easy to use. I’m happy that we purchased the scanners and if we need any more will continue with the same model. It is also priced competitively compared to other brands and models.

Most of the time it works just fine, but frequently misreads barcodes. When plugged in to charge it may or may not scan a barcode. We unplugged it and it scans fine again. Update: I lowered the overall rating because the scanner too frequently misreads barcodes or even transmits the barcode twice to the register causing an item to be "sold" twice. This can be extremely embarrassing when it is not noticed immediately by a clerk, but noticed by the customer.

This seems like a really well made scanner, but I wish there was an option to reduce the scan area because it scans barcodes that are close by. We make prescription eyeglasses and the lenses come stacked next to each other in boxes and with our last scanner it had a thin horizontal lazer. This seems to have a large square scanning area so even though you're pointing it at one barcode, if there's another next to it, it's nearly impossible to know which will scan first. If you're scanning big items then this will probably be an excellent scanner, but if your scanning smaller items; you might do better with a different scanner (unless there's an option to change the scan area?).

Works great. Battery lasts forever. Haven't had to charge it for over a year.

We use for our garden center for inventory, for POS, and for label file creation into a custom database. We didn't realize it had a buffer / inventory function and that is a complete bonus. The scanner works great inside and outside. The price is incredible. We have paid upwards of $300 for scanners and we are most happy with this one. Plug and play, no issues. Simple instructions and simple to use.

Bought this scanner for work and it works very well for our Shipping Team and it's very responsive. The battery lasts quite a while between charges and we use this item plenty on a daily basis. We typically need the charge it every few days.

I bought as a developer unit for working on some barcode scanning applications - so I've only used it for software development / testing purposes rather than out "in the wild", but for my use it's been perfect in every way. Expensive compared to some options but it's extremely high quality and should last me a while. I don't regret investing in this. The scanning is perfect, fast accurate and will scan a large range of barcodes. Can't speak to its durability in eg. a warehouse/retail environment, but it seems well built and quite robust to me.
