I don't know how effective this has been for my liver yet, but since I started taking it, I haven't had any of the irregularity issues I've had from my diabetes medications.Some reviewers who didn't read the label in the photos complain that the dosage is misleading. It is, sort of. The manufacture gives the dosage as 3000 mg, at 1000 mg per capsule, but that is around 3 times the effective recommended dosage given by the National Institute of Health and the European Medicines Agency. One 1000 mg capsule a day is the best dosage, so the 300 capsule bottle really is a good value for 300 days.

Two of these capsules along with a fiber supplement has helped to ease digestion issues and reduces the instances of waking up with an upset stomach. What used to be 3 uncomfortable trips to the bathroom each morning is now one easy task that doesn't take up valuable time. When I last traveled, it was a last-minute emergency and I was unable to bring milk thistle or fiber, and boy did I miss having it. I hope this review is helpful to others who struggle with a nervous tummy.

Been taking milk thistle for years. I love that this product is natural, no chemicals are extra additives. This brand can be a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Normal capsule size, easy to swallow. My liver numbers always stay in normal parameters for blood test

I regularly purchase this Milk Thistle Extract.When compared with the other brands, this one is the best value. I guess it’s working. Hard to say for sure, haven’t had labs recently or anything. I have used other supplements from this same brand and I’m happy with their quality.
