Did the job, but the included replacement blades do not fit.
This did a good job of clearing grout lines for the floors that I was working on, however when I went to get a fresh blade I realized that the holes didn't line up. I should have read the reviews before buying.I was able to drill out new holes to get it to work, but that should not be necessary.

I regret buying and using this product, did more damage than good
I should have known better. The blades are so wide and coarse that it shaved and chipped the edges of my bathroom tiles. I stopped using it after doing a small portion but damaged 2 tiles in the process. Luckily the new grout covered the damage but it's still noticeable

Extra Blades did not fit
The tool works ok. The plastic around the base of the tool eroded away as I scrapped away grout. It left a yellow streak as it did this, but I was able to wipe it away. I have porcelain tile. It might be a problem for porous stones or other sensitive type tiles. The blades that came with mine did not have to holes in the right spot, so it did not fit the tool.

The extra blades do not fit the hand held unit. Screw holes do not match up. They are useless.

Great if your grout is already loose
Did great on loose grout but wasn't very effective on what was still solid and scratched the tile in my struggle

It worked well
I wish the blade was a little thinner to fit into some tight grout spaces. Overall it worked well to get rid of the top layer of grout.
