I absolutely love these!! There was a tiny bit of a learning curve at first as I tried to figure out how to change the molds without instructions. This thing is built *solid*. (Hint- you just twist the top bar and they pop right off! Super easy.)I dusted the top of my cookies with a little flour and they popped right out of the stamp. They are beautiful, and delicate looking. A total and complete hit. I do reccomend a very stiff dough if you are going to use this stamp. There is a little gap that I could see causing issues with a softer cookie dough.

Perfect mini size mooncake. Very simple to use. It did not come with instructions on how to use this item which is fine, I mean you just put the cake mold in and press. However I did wish they had instructions to change molds/remove for cleaning. Took me a couple minutes to figure out I am suppose to twist off. Other than that, great product.

I hadn't made springerle in years and I couldn't find my carved rolling pin but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I actually got this on an Amazon warehouse price probably from a customer return. Their loss is my gain! There are no instructions unless you think to come to the item description (I didn't 😏). I think it's a little trickier than they seem to say it is above but not too bad. It took a couple tries to practice how hard to press it but I suppose that changes with every dough anyway. One trick I'd say is to make sure to cut the cookie first before you press the stamp down. All in all, I'm very happy with the results.
