Works as promised and well worth the money.
I purchased two of these about a year ago but lost one so had to buy a replacement. When I first got them I had trouble syncing the two. The directions were terrible and appeared to be translated so made little sense. Ended up watching YouTube to figure it out and now it is simple to sync them. It is suppose to sync 5 or six riders but have not tried it... only 2. I also am able to sync my phone so that has been nice for long trips. When talking on the phone on my Indian Roadmaster it is so clear the person I am talking to thinks I am in a room and not on a bike. Conversation between me and my rider is also very good and you can adjust volume up and down. I also had a friend use one on his bike and I was able to talk to him I believe about 1/2 mile ahead of me. I was also impressed because the battery lasted over 10 hours when we went on a trip. I always left them on when stopped for gas or to eat so the battery length is excellent.

Excellent for the price.
Pros: The headset was cheap. Extremely universal, the install was easy and took me about 10minutes for install at a snails pace. The headset fit and attached great with it's supplied Velcro pads for the speakers. Came with two sets of Velcro pads for extras or another helmet. The mic is extremely flexible and fit in behind the cheek pad well. The kit came with two different length screws for the units bracket so it will fit just about any helmet. The bracket is nice and secure.Cons: the buttons are slightly small, I believe they could have been placed better, maybe around the edge or designed differently. Its hard to distinguish which button you're feeling when you have riding gloves on. I've gotten a little used to it so it's not a big deal. The headset is loud but I think it could be bit louder. With the headset volume on Max and my phones BT volume on Max I can't ride and talk to anyone as I can't hear them well enough to understand unless I'm idling at a light. My bike is pretty loud so I can't blame the headset really. So far I've only used it for Bluetooth audio calls, music and GPS directions. It paired great, the audio quality was good and I've been using it daily all week and hasn't required a charge yet. I'll definitely be buying another for my wife so we can pair them and be able to talk without using a LG tone and making a call.

First Time User's Experience
A friend and I are riding to Sturgis this year and wanted a low cost device to stay connected for safety reasons as we are riding 1900 miles one way. The equipment attached to my full face very easily, and I ran the wires under my padding. I will say that the manual made absolutely no sense during the pairing with another unit! It did pair easily with my iPhone. Once connected, I noticed that the right speaker is quieter than the left side and when playing music, the sound produces a type of reverb effect within my helmet. I will also state that even with the road noise, I could hear both talking and music with the volume at maximum level. However, it is not as loud as I would like it. The buttons are difficult to find when wearing gloves, but I'm sure with practice, I will get used to operating it much smoother. The skinny is this... for the price, you get a functional device that does work, looks great and is a solid introductory level piece of equipment. Longevity is still a question, but should I experience any issues, I will update this review.

Real Quality at a Great Price
I have waited a month before reviewing this product, to make sure it was as good as it seemed. We have used this intercom nearly every day for the last 30 days, on a 27 mile round trip commute. It has been flawless. Most amazingly, we decided to run them completely dead before charging them a second time -- and one month later they STILL are working perfectly on that single charge! That is amazing battery life. They were easy to install, not terribly fiddly to pair (mostly it's the Chinglish instructions that caused problems, there), and, after almost 60 times on/off, seem durable.Given their price point, these are just a terrific product. Highly recommended!

Instructions are not written in good English as made in China
I bought two. Had to get Velcro (used 3M from amazon EX Pass mounting kit) to attach to helmets. Instructions are not written in good English as made in China. I could get the units to sync up with iphone but have difficulty pairing the two that I ordered. I did get to work but instructions are hard to follow - language. Once paired, they worked with between myself and riding partner. OK for the price as other options seem to be quite pricey. Also, there are several buttons on the unit that I think would be hard to use while riding - especially if wearing gloves. Since only using two, I make sure they are working BEFORE taking off on my ride. So far, battery has lasted at least 4 hours - my longest ride with them on.

It is better to spend a little extra money for a more user friendly intercom system...but for the price, the sound quality was good. It just pinches your head on long rides and causes headaches. Maybe if you made speaker wells in the helmet foam it would fit better?

Easy installation and set up but it's terrible at sound quality. I can barley hear it even turned all the way up and the motorcycle off and not in motion. My motorcycle is super quiet but once it's started and the bikes in motion you can tell something is playing but you can't hear exactly what it is. Terrible product!

Good if you are on a moped not a motorcycle.
Very poor ear piece quality sound in both ears. Ear pieces have a lot of electronic distortion, sound rattle, low quality sound. Microphone is very good. Main unit is very nice. Good if you are on a moped but not any actual motorcycle at all.
