Better sleep. Reduced hot flashes
Was recommended DIM for menopause to help with hot flashes and insomnia. This has been a problem for me for a while. I started taking one 300 mg capsule and I definitely sleep through the night without waking up so much and my hot flashes seem to be less frequent. I hope over time it continues to improve. Capsules are a good size easy to swallow. Very happy with product. Will continue to buy

Great product, great company.
A holistic practitioner recommended a similar product but it was very expensive so I went on the hunt for a similar product with the same active ingredients and I found Herbzilla DM. It had the exact same ingredients and very similar amounts of the ingredients that were in the very expensive product (3 x more expensive) so I bought this hoping for the best. Well, after using it for over a month, I feel 100% confident in recommending this to others. A great perk is you also get a free bottle and they don’t make you complete a review to get it. Great product, great company. Highly recommended. As always, my experience with this may not be yours as anything like this depends on the individual.

Hormone balancing despite diet
This is supposed to balance your hormones whether you are male or female..., Guys that means more testosterone and less estrogen. Read online about the many benefits of taking this. Too many to list and it is much easier to take this than trying to control it by diet alone. May help in the bedroom too!

Buy this for hormone imbalance
I finally found something that works for me. I have sudden severe anxiety and I can definitely manage it with taking this every day. Ive found that my anxiety is triggered by a hormone imbalance. I am estrogen dominant so I have had tons of feminine problems that follow hormone imbalance including acne at the age of 30. This with water and exercise is a whole new world for me. Try it!

Feeling great!
After taking this product for only fours days I felt like my mood was so much better. At first I thought it was all in my head but I have continued to feel great. This is the best I've felt in a long time.

DIM by Herbzilla
So far I'm liking this product. I am 41 years old and over the past 2 years I have seen some dramatic unfortunate changes in my mood, weight gain, and sleeping habits and Just this past year I have started experiencing the ugliness of hot flashes. After taking DIM along with another supplement I have seen amazing results with the hot flashes and more restful sleep. I have increased my overall physical activity and I'm hoping this helps with the weight loss. So far I am satisfied with this product ad will continue using.
