Hi some time the tailgate does not want to close ,I check with my scan and that the latch ,I change latch and tht the same ,impossible to close the tail gate with programing ,i put the OEM left liftgate and that good ,open dan close is okay ,the liftgate is bad but problem now it s in france

Consistent product warranty
Product failed 18 months after purchase. When contacting the company, they explained that the product is only warranted for 12 months through Amazon but 24 months through their own site. They offered 15% off if I wanted another set. Not sure if 50% would have been enough for the disappointment.
