How can someone spend 5+ pounds on a "stud finder" instead of buying this magnet?
I don't know why people usually buy this kind of magnets but it was great on helping me find the wooden studs on my drywall!The cost is simply a bargain for the pull it exerts.

Big magnetic force in small magnet.
This is an amazingly strong magnet for its size. It can be screwed to a surface using the well designed screw hole which is slightly larger in the magnet than in the metal or it can be stuck with 2 sided tape to a surface.

Mine did not lift stated weight.
Looked well made but wouldn't lift 100g. Nowhere near the 6.1kg claimed.
