Great price. Long time Life Extension user. Adding this to my fasting regimen.

This flavonoid has been around a while, but LifeExtension’s stabilized formula is a game changer. It’s become a cornerstone in my daily healthy aging regimen. I encourage everyone to read up on it and try this product. About three capsules twice a day is perfect for me (so this as a single dose option and a three month supply bottle would be ideal 😉)

I take these capsules for two days, once a month, using a high dose both days. The method is called, "Hit and Run". I use 12 caps, twice a day with a fatty meal or snack. By a few hours after my second dose I begin to feel lighter, smoother, and more comfortable inside myself. My energy takes a turn for the better. The swelling in my feet and ankles go down. (Had surgery on one foot and it feels better too. The extra swelling near the two scars recedes.) Overall I get a palpable sense of well-being. No mistaking it. I will say that I have a strong sensitivity to my body, which might make it more apparent to me than the next guy. The effect lasts for about three weeks but seems to gradually fade, the whole time. By the end of week three, I am impatient for my next dose. I think I might move to taking the large dose every 3 weeks instead of monthly. In the world of supplements, it is rare that I notice any effects or feel anything. This one is sure winner. Thankfully, it is affordable.

It's nearly impossible to tell if this is actually adding longevity to my life, just as another reviewer stated. To be honest, in the short term, I didn't notice any effects. Who knows, but it's a good price and maybe in the end it'll have been worth it!

I've considered the absorption issues and have decided to take 10 of these pills a day. I took 5 with breakfast and 5 after dinner, for three days. No issues. On the first day, I did a very hard weight lifting exercise. By day two I sort of felt like I should've been in more pain with more sore muscles. I did have some but given how much I pushed, I had a feeling these were working from day one. But I think more trials and experimenting is needed given so many other variables to really conclude that these are powerful game changer pills.
