Be careful with shower tray
All was good until I was going to plumb in the shower tray.Your shower tray has to be 22cm high from the floor or at least the outlet to make it work. My shower tray is 15cm high which is your standard and nearly overflows and when it pumps it still causes standing water in the shower tray. So be careful when purchasing this item. I have to find another macerator which works for a standard shower tray.

Looked everywhere fir a similar size to the one i wanted to replace, this was exactly the same size and the cheapest by far, great purchase

Performance issue.
This product would have got 5 stars but i had to make an adaptor for the waste outlet. An insert would have helped as the outlet pipe is flexible rubber not allowing the attachment to the existing wastepipe by a jubilee clip.

Does the job
Fitted this as a replacement for one originally fitted in 1996. Despite it being a different brand, the new one fitted in exactly the same spot, all the inlet and outlet pipes lined up exactly. Seems to be working exactly as required. Only reason why no fifth star, seems to be a little noisier than described, although no worse than the old one, so not really a major complaint. Good value given the price, and that of it's competition.
