the taste is similar to cherry flavoring that goes in either alcohol or soda. if you don't put enough water when mixing it, the taste can be off.

Got these bc I cant get enough protein and didn't want the bulk and sugar of a shake. Thwy taste pretty good and are quick to eat. Very convenient. Alos great price compared to competitors, and equivalent price to messy shakes

Complete package cost was $50 dollars and some of the gels where busted and spilled all over the box. The worst is that I can’t return it. Thank you for the mess.

The taste is not too bad, especially when you dilute it. It is pretty sweet without diluting. It really helps me get enough protein while traveling.

I like the protein shots. One shot and is done with you. Can add it to water like a drink but I prefer just using it like it is in the package one and done
