PDP Gaming Energizer Dual Wireless Controller Charging System, Rechargeable Battery Packs: Black, PS5/PS4

Most of these poor reviews are for the older and now obsolete "Standard" I did my homework and checked and purchased the "Deluxe", these come with two individual battery packs that connect easily to the micro USB port on PS4 controllers. They match the controllers designs and only add a few grams of weight to the overall weight of the controllers. Works on PS4 Pro Controllers like a dream. Well worth investing into. My battery life on my controllers went from 4hrs to 14+hrs with these. I tend to binge play on weekends and have two controllers for this. Now I can play on one all day and it won't even hit one bar before I end my gaming for the day. HIGHLY!! recommend for any PS gamer.

I would have rated this 5/5 but I took one off because the battery packs are easy to loose As the title states the charger is great and the battery packs make the PS4 controller last a lot longer. However once you loose a battery pack then you're out of luck. I haven't been able to find extra battery packs. So if you have kids I would not recommend this.

This as close to a pefect controller charger as I think we are ever going to get. The dongle not only disappears almost unnoticeably behind the controller when in use (depending on how big your hands are) but also extends the life of the controller to a whooping (supposedly) 16 hours. I probably have medium sized hands for a guy but they only brush against the dongle rarely. And when I do I don't mind because it makes the PS4 controller back similar to the form factor of the Xbox 360 controller. It's basically not there though.I love that it takes no effort at all to "plug in" after use because you can almost just carelessly toss it into its base and it will still connect. No more fiddling with plugs or finicky bases. Looks great and takes up little space too. I only wish they had a single controller base as I play alone for the most part.

Takes up only slightly more space than the 2 controllers alone do and provides for far beyond 12 hours of gameplay without having to recharge. Charging is also made easier as you never have to flip a Micro USB tip upside down over and over to get it into the dualshock 4 to charge them. Just drop the controller in it's hole on the charger and within a few short hours the controller's internal battery is 100% charged. 1 downside to this device is the add on battery packs provide absolutely no indication of their charge level. So give them 1.75 times the usual length of charge time for your dualshock 4 alone and you're golden. The 1 glaring downside is that the charger cable is extremely short, so you can't place the charger very far away from a power outlet. But that is of little consequence when your gameplay is extended for many, many hours over a dualshock 4 without as much. A great product which I strongly recommend!

received first item, didnt work.... received second item, batteries and remotes charge fine however the LED indicator lights on the sides of the device dont work.. called Amazon to request another replacement for the defective item.. Amazon refused to replace the item stating that because ive received two defective items this item now needs to be removed from the amazon.com website for review and research and they can only provide me with a refund... previous had another item, a samsung 27" curved monitor they were able to send me 4 replacements of due to there being an issue with the screen brightness.... weird they cant do the same for a 40$ item?

The Sony PS4 is a great console. It has one real flaw and that's the battery life of the controllers; awful, awful, awful. The idea of having a larger battery is an obvious one and sooner or later someone was going to come up with just that. The Energizer system consits of a charge console and two batteries.The bateries atach to the controller and give much needed additional battery life. In my experience the batteries give up to 24 hours of gameplay verses about 8 hours from an unassisted controller.Well worth having? Absolutely so why 3 stars? So in my case neither battery would work with my original controller. Nothing, nada, nil. In fact the battery life went to zero. So I bought another controller. Woo hoo now I have extended battery life but only from one battery. The 2nd battery is just a dud and does nothing.So a great idea that's wonderful when it works but the quality seems to be very poor.

This is a must for PS4 owners. The battery back increases the controllers battery life 3x. Normally the controller would hold about 8hrs of play but with the pack it can last for about 24 hrs or more without worrying that it would die on you. I play around 4 to 6 hrs a day and with the extra battery life I don't need to charge my controller for about 3-4 days. The charging dock is also amazing, the ease of just dropping it in place and it starts to charge is great. I don't have to worry if it's properly connected, and with 2 packs and docks I can use one controller and have the other charging and quickly swap between both when one controller is low battery.

This product did not work as advertised, but I'm keeping it because it still does one job very well. So starting with the battery life, I felt this product didn't extend the battery life at all, not one bit. If you game a LOT, I'll bet you probably won't feel this will extend your gameplay. Maybe I got a defective unit, maybe not, but I'm actually keeping this product because of the charging extension. I absolutely hate plugging something in and wired devices. I like my stuff clean and I love that I can charge my controller by simply dropping it into a cradle that fits it perfectly and take it out by picking it up. No more fumbling and hiding cables, plugging cables in, using both hands to wigging it's way out of a charging stand, etc...Take from this what you will, and I hope you get a product that suits your needs. If it's the battery you're after, I can't recommend this, but if you're going for a cradle to help your controller charge better...I most definitely can recommend this

Excelente articulo de muy buena calidad. Con un solo mando se juegan mas de ocho horas y vienen dos baterias extras. Ademas el soporte de carga es con conectores rapidos y evita que con el uso se vayan estropeando las conexiones de carga usb del mando.
