Maybe if you are new to the realm of self improvement, you might find this book interesting.Otherwise the author just brushes over many topics without really delving into any of them in detail.Seems the book is just an overgrown advert for the long list of podcasts and other peoples books and programsyou should check out so you can get the benefit and information that I would expect to be described in a lot moredetail in this offering.

I got this as soon as it was released in the United Kingdom. And itdidn’t disappoint, in fact I think this is the best yet from Dave Asprey, I loved Headstrong and Game Changers, well this is an amazing reference tool. To distil so much information into a number of rules across about 500 podcasts is an achievement in itself and it’s packed with usable information. To also make it readable, good fun and way to understand ... and something to which you can constantly go back to with these is a fantastic achievement. Massive gratitude to you Dave for giving us this opportunity to share your own learning and dedication.

I expect that Dave was expecting this book to come out better, but it's still excellent.
