Since stomach surgery a couple years ago for an ulcer that damaged it if was told to take a probiotic. I discovered this one and take it every morning now. It doesn’t smell or taste but it sure works! Stomach issues have generally disappeared! Highly recommend!

Good quality probiotics from forever company. I can notice a difference even tho i was bombarding my self with quadruple therapy for h.pylori. If i was to recommend you something for immune system and gut flora that would be the first option alongside sauerkraut .
