I have been using the item for 4 days now and havent charged it again. Voice quality is better than my other bluetooth headsets. I am using this without the hook as it is uncomfortable for me, I just have to fix it properly in my ear so it is not falling. So far, I am very satisfied with the product. It makes my job easier as I am usually on the phone most of the time. I am able to multitask since my hands are both free.

What I like most in this bluetooth earpiece is the stable connectivity. It fits well in my ear and the microphone is clear. The design style looks professional too that I can use it in the office. It has minimal noise and the battery last for few days. It is also compatible with my android phone and my laptop. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and it is worth the money I paid for.

This item is really handy and it doesn't fall while walking or running. They have extra earbuds and holders. The case is really good as well. The sound is really good and the battery doesn't drain easily. They also have another earphone that can be use as an extension to the another ear.

It is not falling from my ears unlike earpods / airpods. It is very economical and quality is great as I can properly hear the voice and the receiver told me I have a clear background also.

I've been using Jabra for a long time and I didn't know that there is alternative brand and the more I liked the most in this is the design and the sound. Premium sound .

I had reviewed this product in May 2020 with a high hope and exactly after 2months it stopped working .Not a product worth trying.Guys pls don't waste your money on this

So far used headset for one day. Voice clarity is not bad. But the main problem with headset is it is not comfortable with the ear hook. It is rather hurting. It is painful to wear it for more then half an hour. Without ear hook it is dropping. Tried to change rubber gel but still didn't help.

The sound quality of the headset was very good and also the built quality. Its easy to pair with the device. Overall it was very impressive with all the accessories and the battery that last long.

Very good quality, long last battery, very stable to ware. All in all, it’s a nice earbuds.

When using in phone calls or internet calling apps, you can clearly hear people's voice. However, people on the other end cannot hear your voice clear. Your voice is not completely non-understandable, but they are not comfortable hearing it. You have to raise your voice, and perhaps repeat what you say, or better use the laptop or phone's mic instead of that of this Earpiece.For its price, you can accept it with this limitation. For business meetings or important calls, you cannot count on it. I have been using Jabra talk for some years before it died and I thought i would give this one a try. Unfortunately, for my use, I had to buy another Jabra talk after buying this New bee.

I have been using this for about 6+ months...I use this mainly for my office meetings (via laptop). This works just fine and audio quality is superb. My voice is heard by others clean as well. The batter lasts for about 3-4 days with average meeting time of 4 hours a day...The only concern is that it fits about 75% on the ears and falls down if I bend down / move my head suddenly... I think this is the case with moist of its similar products... Anyway this is not a big concern.I just love it!

Éste manos libres es muy buena opción para mí ya que por lo general voy manejando cuando contesto llamadas y mi auto estéreo no tiene buena calidad en el micrófono la verdad lo que más me sorprendió de este manos libres es que puede reproducir sin ningún problema la música de tu celular por lo general los manos libres no te permite reproducir ni escuchar tu música en el auricular y este es la novedad que yo encontré
