Convenient and non-gassy
I love the convenience of beans in a can, and you can`t beat the healthiness of organic beans pre-cooked in a BPA-free (Bisphenol A, a potential carcinogen) can. You need a can-opener for these canned beans; there is no pull-tab to open the can. If I`ve forgotten to pre-soak beans, I`ll use canned beans to create a bean chili, bean curry, or bean salad for lunches or dinner for a week. Beans go well with canned tomatoes or spaghetti sauce and almost any vegetable can be added for extra nutrition.

The product was not full of water like many are. The taste is good. I eat them for lunch in a tortilla with cheese and green chile
