I wasn't expecting so much good quality for the price as I compare with brands such as sun and sands etc. but they're actually quite nice. Bands are a better workout for me. Not as much after workout agony. I keep the sample bag with me in the suitcase when I travel. Very nice.

I had bought this because it advertised that it would have both the loop bands and the tube bands. However, when I received the product, the loop bands (set of 5), sports gloves pair and the small carry bag were missing. I don’t mind the others, but I had really hoped that I would get BOTH sets of bands.While the item looks alright, I’m very upset about the missing loop bands.

I bought this product few days ago and I have been using it after the recovery of my left shoulder deltoids after surgery. Delivered on time and the quality of the product is quite good. I advise and recommend it to others .

I've had those for two weeks now. No complaints. Length is good for many, many, many exercises and so is the tension. Is not enough tension for heavy lifts like squats or chest presses or pull downs.
