Really lovely colours, looks great on our balcony

Product looks very good but paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive until the following day so should be given some delivery money back

I was sent four sets of lights, one plug and connecting cable. After putting up two sets on the outside of my house (with regard to other reviews - ok, it's not initially obvious how to do this, but it IS possible and fairly logical), I plugged them in and then realised that they didn't work. The plug light came on, so it wasn't that. After a fairly protacted process, I concluded that it was the 10m cable that was faulty and called Shatchi, the manufacturer, and requested a new cable.I was told (a) that this couldn't be done over the phone and I'd have to put this in an email (why?), (b) they couldn't send the cable out by itself, and (c) could I test everything to be sure of which element was faulty. I'm currently undergoing some pretty intense medical treatment and so I told them that I had no intention of taking the lights down again.Anyway. They got in touch at 17.38 on a Friday evening and concluded with "Please be assured that I will help you and sort this out as quickly as possible". It's now Monday afternoon and they've stopped responding to my messages, so I've just ordered another cable from Amazon. It's mid-December and I want these lights to work, frankly.

Easy to put up and look great

When you get these lights especially this many they come in boxes of 240 lights in each box they connect all together which i didn't know when i connected them i found they fit together to make a long strand, they look lovely along my house i haven't kept them on but last year my son put these up in December when pavement was icy and slippery so we put them up now ready for Christmas 2024.

I ordered 25m of lights and they arrived in 5 boxes of 5m strings. Each string had its own plug and transformer, but only the first string needed it, as all the other strings connected together. Putting the lights up was not an easy task. Each separate icicle was doubled back on itself to halve its length and then tightly twisted together. Obviously, this was done for ease of packing, not ease of unpacking! Consequently, each icicle took several minutes of untwisting and straightening to hang vertically. Even then, the wire was quite stiff, so it took a lot of effort to get the kinks out. Suffice to say that it took me over 4 hours to put up 25m of lights. The lights when lit are more yellow, than warm white. Overall, the finished effect for the price is very good, but you have to be prepared to put in lots of time to untangle each icicle. Hopefully, the second year of use should be much easier!

They work now I have a plug! To be fair the seller acted quickly to complete the order and the lights are very nice.
