未就学児〜幼稚園児向け。Jack and Jill and Big Dog Bill go up, up, up the hill.と、のっけからリズム感たっぷりにスタートします^^各ページに短い文章が一つだけなのに、ちゃんとお話に"オチ"まであります^^

タイトルからも分かるとおり、とてもリズムが良いです。フォニックスやサイトワードが少し分かり始めたころの初歩のリーディングに最適です。繰り返しが多いので、何度か読むうちにすぐに読めてしまうと思います。雪山やそりが出てくるため、雪国に住んでいる私たちにはとても馴染みのある内容なので、とくに楽しめました。

rhyme になっているのでとにかく耳に残りやすいです。絵もかわいいし、話の筋もわかりやすい。子供はとにかく音を上手にひろうので５歳の息子はほぼ完璧に読みます.こんないい本がしかも安いなんて嬉しい限りです.
