I always feel doubtful whenever i buy products like this online, coz most of the time the item ends up missing parts, broken, or not the size i wanted. But this was just fantastic, pretty much the most useful product i have ever bought from the internet. Now i use it to take my cat for a ride to the park and the beach and he loves it!.

Was smaller than described- this would barely fit a kitten. Certainly does not fit one adult catCouldn't return as already assembledNot sturdy- any cat will break away very easilyNot worth it

Size is fine for only 1 adult cat. Easy to mount, solid structure.

While taking my cat to the vet he managed to remove the skin from his nose while inside this cat carrier, there was a lot of blood.On inspecting how this could have happened I found that the inside edges of the side vents are quite sharp.This was very distressing, I will not be using this carrier again.

Well what can I say. The carrier was very small, I got it for my rabbit to take her to the vet and it look so tiny probably good for kitten or baby rabbit, although my rabbit thought it was her toilet at first but now she is unsure what it is, since I cleaned it up and no toilet smell. The delivery was messed up by Amazon so had to complain in order to get it delivered just in time for travel. This will not last very long so I will have to purchase a bigger one very soon as this is way to small for her and she is not even a big rabbit. The plastic material is also very flimsy looking when I was trying to fix it into place it look like it want to snap so had to be gentle about it.looks good on the phone.

Arrived with no packaging, a lot more flimsier than I thought. The instructions weren't great and if it wasn't for the reviews I wouldn't have known how to attach the lid! Also, the handle was a straight nightmare to get in. I had to ask somebody far stronger than me and he really had to use elbow grease to get it in. Aside from that it's not bad, I feel like it's a little too small, my cat could move in it but I wish it was a little more spacious. Also that door is annoying to put on and take off, I can't get my cat in through the top so I have to use the door part.

They felt quite flimsy, but I did not expect them to just snap off. I do wish I would have read the other reviews before buying it.Looking further into it, the people with good reviews had the correct clips as shown in the pictures. However the people having issue such as mine in the reviews where they snapped, actually have wrong/incorrect clips for the product. This is poor and down the an issue with the manufacturing.

I received the item and the packaging was not damaged. Opened the box to find the carrier was broken. The catches on either side of the bottom part of the box, on one side had been snapped off. I think it was down to putting the paper around the carrier as the cardboard box had hardly any room. Therefore the box cannot be secured together properly. So i asked for a refund and not replacment. Not just because it was broken and couldnt be replaced in time. But if the catches break that easy then eventually you will need to replace. The catches are very flimsy. So wouldn't recommend this product. I will now get one from local pet shop.
