When something really works...
I absolutely love this book and it was very easy to get started, stay focused, and see results. Being in the US there were a few measurement conversions to be made and products not available but it made no difference. As a natural skeptic I loved the results I saw and continue to see.

Great for longer term dieting and flexible workouts
Loved the first book and can't wait to start the new one. As much as the active plan is fairly similar to the previous book I can see how that book would be off putting for less active people so the sedentary plan is an amazing start. The gym plan looks great to progress to. The difference with this book is that the first one she states it's a transformation plan for a shorter period of time. This is more sustainable, there is chance for progression and you can do it for a longer period of time. I loved the 4 week blitz and did it last year with great results however it got monotonous after 2 cycles. I love that it's ok that we can mix this up with other types of workouts if we want to which will be great to break it up( honestly 20 minutes of burpees sounds like I'll vom but I'll give it a go. If it's actual torture I'll go on the treadmill for 20mins next workout 😂) Looking forward to getting started!

Perfect guidance to build your own routine
Sitting planning this in my bath tub. More suited to me than the previous book as I am looking for a sustainable nutrition plan with guidance that makes sense and can be adapted and tailored to my needs via my fitness pal. Recipes are actually brilliant , quick and no fuss but cleverly tasty. Gym plan is nothing new for me , as squats and deadlifts etc I love , but I have to say doing the extra set 4 instead of 3 has given me DOMS and motivated me to switch up my same old routine which isn’t achieve results anymore. Still planning my meals around the carb cycle ready to start the nutrition once the food shop arrives on 2 Jan. Also like the cheeky snack ideas. Overall I am impressed I love Chloe’s passion and have bought the boyfriend Jame’s book - hoping he will join me for more motivation! Twinning! Thanks Chloe great book.

Buy this book - The results are fab!!
Great book from CM!! Currently on week 10 and have lost a total of 16 pounds so far!! Followed the recipes and the active plan. I'm 5ft 7 and weighed in at 11 stone 8 and now down to 10 stone 6 - exercises are easy to follow and no equipment required so can carry them out at home as all resistence exercises. Its all about a healthy life style and I realise now that this is long term. I've really toned up and transformed the fat to muscle.. Highly recommend. Also you can have the odd cheat day!!! Buy the book you won't be disappointed!!I'm not one for taking before and after pics but wish I had now!!

very nice layout and structure for people like me who needs structure
professionally written and well structured. more recipes would be needed though. overall nice pictures and easy to follow and understand instructions for the exercises
