Review: Excellent! - If you're contemplating buying this, then I would assume you already know that the music is amazing- it goes without saying that this is a classic album. The vinyl pressing, however, is also excellent so please just do yourself a favour and buy it. I love the colour of the vinyl (it's more a brown and black swirl) and it has real weight to it (I'm almost sure it's 180 grams). The tracks all play without so much of a hiss or background noise. The price is also great. One of my fave albums of its time and I'm so happy to now have it in my growing collection! Review: Exceeds expectations - Gorgeous finish and even better sound. Puts the fun in garage rock
This album immediately grabbed me. It didn't take multiple listenings. Diverse elements of punk, func and pop on a garage rock backdrop keep the album consistently interesting. Upbeat and catchy.

Too bad they didn't continue.
Great album by a once great, No Wave band. I don't know what the direction they are going in now is supposed to be, but it's just too "experimental". Stick with what you are good at and if you want to reinvent yourself, drop the name and create a new one.

Great quality vinyl
Its fair to say Franz Ferdinand peaked with their debut album, but what an album. This vinyl pressing sounds brilliant and the coloured vinly looks fantastic

Quality modern vinyl, classic Indie rock
This is a classic Indie rock album from the mid 2000s. A great addition to your collection if you’re a fan of this music. My review is for the vinyl release of the album. It appears to be a high-quality and nicely produced pressing. I appreciate the embossed text on the glossy album cover as a nice little touch. Unfortunately, the record is only contained within a paper sleeve inside. I had to add my own clear plastic sleeve to hold the record within, to provide greater protection and to reduce the static which makes it cling to the paper sleeve. Overall, it’s a very high-quality modern vinyl record. Unfortunately, my copy did have a light surface scratch but I don’t believe this is impacting the ability to play the music.
