Does this crack/flake or is it flexible with skin?

It's Flexible as long as you don't over apply. Apply very thin layer first with small brush, then eyeshadow, then another very thin layer over that to seal. This is a dupe for the Mac mixer on my skin anyway. It's definely worth a try.

Can i use this to revive an old brow pomade?

Hmmm...I’m not really sure about that. This is sticky. It’s sticky so when you add in pigment, it will stick to the eyelid. I also use it to apply to my eyelids before applying glitter to keep it there instead of glitter glue (rather than buying both) and to make shimmers/metallics pop more. So it helps things stick. I’m not sure you’d want that in a brow pomade? I feel like it would be a sticky mess and make your brows appear kind of stuck down, you know? But I’m not totally sure.

will this work to make airbrush makeup?

I think it would be too heavy for airbrush makeup.
