Very good quality, and i am satisfied.

Big mistake buying these, they were fine until I put them in the dishwasher (on a quick wash) The varnish on the handles is lifting and flaking off making the handles rough and the wood brittle which could potentially contaminate what ever your preparing. Sooo disappointed, they looked like quality pieces. These were to replace my Sabatier pallet knives which I’ve had for the last 45 years and needed replacing. The saying ‘buy cheap pay twice’ is certainly true in this case.

Wooden handles are very cheap, after one wash they give my hands splinters if I attempt to use them.Left to dry after washing and already I can see they are rusting - have washed three times at this point...I am trying to be careful with them but already I know these are not going to last another 2 washes.Metal material is too thick so it is not flexible.

My wife bought this because she loves backing, funny enough I actually used them to flip burgers on the BBQ so they have a dual purpose I guess.Sturdy items and great little uses with them. Overal a top quality item too which I would 100% recommend.

Great item. Just used one to make a cake. Gave a couple to my sons.

The handles lose their varnish if not hand washed.
