Good quality bench is for heavy duty.

I bought this bench from Sea Wonders. Their supplier delivered the wrong bench but immediately after I sent a message through Amazon, a Sea Wonders representative contacted me and said that he had contacted the supplier to send the correct model and pick up the other bench. Wonderful customer service from Sea Wonders. The correct bench arrived the next day and the supplier took back the wrong bench. Hassle free. The bench itself is what you would expect from Bowflex. Better quality than anything I saw at local sporting goods stores. Not as good as commercial quality but I knew what I was buying. The bench has multiple seating angles and is sturdy enough for me at 250 lbs. I think it is rated for 550 lbs total, body weight and user and additional weights for the movement/exercise. That is plenty for me. It has rollers one end for easy movement and pads that allow you to stand it against a wall when not in use so I need less storage space. Good product as advertised. Big distance between the seat piece and the back piece of the bench . This makes the work uncomfortable. Stable when you do the weight lifting.
